I'm thinking of going to this - is anyone else making the trip? It's only £5 in so a good little day out. tinyurl.com/3zgd67qDoes anyone have any ideas on what kind of team is going to be put out (holiday news and such like)... Looking forward to my first look at the ‘new’ Lewes particually Ciardini after what came back from St Neots

Ciardini sounds quality! I can't wait to get down the Pan at the start of the season, sadly won't be able to make this game though.

My thoughts exactly regarding Ciardini- read the report of the St Neots game and I'm hoping he might make me forget about the absence of Wheeler!
Can't wait for the Worthing game, they are normally tasty affairs and hopefully this will be no different!

I will be there. I will probably jump on a train as it's only 10 minutes walk from Worthing Station to Woodside Road. Parking there is rubbish from what I remember.
I think 200 is a little optimistic piste!

Yes it would be nice to know who will profit from this sell-off. Not "owners" apparently.

We couldn't get Binns and Wheeler – but I am sure Ciardini and Cade will not disappoint. Ciardini has already scored two goals and made the third via Draycott. How many goals did our top scorer make in the whole season last year?

By the sounds of it Cardini is liked by most on here already, he must have been pretty good for being only seen in one game.

i think it's just more hopeful optimism for a player who very few of us have seen before.

I'll be there. £5 is very reasonable even for a pre-season friendly. Really looking forward to the season starting in earnest now.
