As there is NOT to be any END OF SEASON PRESENTATION this 2023/24 season , I *BADGEMAN* will be handing out some awards (Trophies) to MY chosen players.
There are seven (7) categories , as follows :
OUTSTANDING SEASON (2023/24) = Nathan HARVEY , played a pivotal part in many games , especially the one-handed save -v- KSK BEVEREN at home.
IMPACT by a DEFENDER (2023/24) = Arthur PENNEY , showed great presence of mind in Captaining the team.
IMPACT by a MIDFIELDER (2023/24) = Marcus SABLIER , in my opinion *a midfield genius* sadly missed (injured) huge influence on return.
MOST IMPROVED PLAYER (2023/24) = Archie TAMPLIN who IMO showed great determination & grit whenever selected.
MOST *MAN of the MATCH* (2023/24 = Jake ELLIOTT , constantly the stand-out player at many AWAY fixtures. Winner due to receiving (6) away from the PAN. Also won award in both games in Italy.
MY GOAL of the SEASON (2023/24) = Ola OGUNWAMIDE , we had to wait until almost the last league game to see a *WOW* strike. I chose Ola for his on-the-ball artistry and the EXPLOSIVE factor , which had the Philcox faithfuls singing long after the final whistle.
Sopporters PLAYER of the SEASON = Chris WHELPDALE , his tireless running & match day contribution‘exemplary’.
These presentations will take place at the Dripping Pan after the conclusion of the TOURNAMENT on Saturday May 4th 2024.
News! I’m reliably informed that some players will NOT be in attendance - so I’ve now penned in award winners.
ALSO THROUGHOUT THE DAY (4/5/24) at the PAN , those wanting to both view or purchase the FENIX TROHPY FINALISTS badge , hopefully. They're due to be delivered by the 3rd MAY , 2024. These badges have arrived , so bring your CASH.
Gary BLABER will start the sales early (4/5/24) , Badgeman will be on hand to continue until his presentation slot (approx 4pm-ish).
Disappointed with turnout by supporters to get their hands on a unique piece of memorabilia , I’m told only(1) sold all day!
