Anyone thinking of going to Beveren on 12/12? Don’t suppose the club arranges a coach?
Went to Ghent for a European game recently, which is nearby, and had a great time.
Eurostar return to Brussels, local train to Antwerp, 2 nights hotel coming in at about £300 all in.

Eurostar return to Brussels, local train to Antwerp, 2 nights hotel coming in at about £300 all in. There’s no plans to run any coaches - the most cost-effective way is Eurostar. It would have been cheaper for us to buy individual tickets for the travelling party than a group travel ticket, so your £300 for 2 nights and travel is a very good deal

I'm thinking of going. I haven't made any arrangements yet though. Any tips most welcome. Eurostar out 11/12, back 13/12 at reasonable midday times, local train to Antwerp plus 2 nights there = circa £300. Done it before and only takes about 3 hours e/w from St Pancras to Antwerp. Belgium beer, mussels and chips, football - what’s not to like?

if there's a few of you going I would have thought driving (260 miles from Lewes to Antwerp) and taking either Eurotunnel or ferry would be a good option. Antwerp, Ghent and Bruges are all great places to visit if making a few days of it. The great unknown, of course, is how the weather will affect trains and the pitch (although I believe someone said there's an option to move the game to artificial if the grass pitch is unplayable). It would be good to have confirmation of this before travel plans are made.

Unless staying in Beveren, getting to wherever you are staying may be an issue. The last train from Beveren to Antwerp for example is roughly 45 mins after the game finishes - all being well. Assuming I have seen that correctly.
Given it is a 1.5 mile walk from the ground to the station, that could be a challenge for some
