Has the election ever been in November before? If not, clearly a coincidence. AGM has been, at least for the last 5-6 years, when the audited accounts are presented. I’d suggest that’s the reason why they are in November this year. Thanks. From what I can see, the AGM has (with the possible exception of one or two covid years) never been as late as November. So I guess an alternative reason to late-running accounts could be a bit of insurance against any anti sell-out directors getting elected and kicking up a fuss just as the deal is closing? Cue denials and ridicule......

Cue denials and ridicule...... Not really. Originally, the vote was due to have taken place last week. We’ve known that the AGM would be mid/late November since early summer. Earliest we’ve ever done the AGM is last week of October, so even if we had the same timeline as last year, the AGM elections would be taking place during the voting period.
