spot on wins...wouldn't it be great to be winning games and looking upwards...but there are locals who are worried about this. i have asked them to attend the fans forum and state their worries. in my head, our board have the control and we have the best team we can put out. KEEP to the budget....and onwards and upwards.

Another positive of this board is that if you a question, a worry or just wonder whats going on, you will get an answer. During the season, you will find at least one of the board on the terraces so they are also easliy accessible so if this question is asked at the fans forum, I have no doubt that a satisfactory answer will be forthcoming.
By the way, nice to have you back billy !!

We've got a small First Team squad. Hopefully at least 13 confirmed and all proven quality players. But we are therefore exposed to injuries. I do know that Ibbo rates the Under 18s as a great crop of youngsters and with Simon Wormull at the helm some of those kids are going to come of age in the First Team this season without doubt. Last Monday with 130 fans turning up at the Dripping Pan for a great game against Wimbledon was a great financial boost for the club with £3 admission plus bar and catering takings. We need to keep this up please and if we can get 100 or somewhere near along to every Under 18s game this season it will be a fantastic financial plus for the club. Watch this space for fixtures - unfortunately we only get a few week's notice in respect of the Under 18s playing dates so keep an eye on this forum and the official site.

Yes it would be nice to know who will profit from this sell-off. Not "owners" apparently.

I would not back us at them odds, crazy price,i live in carshalton they bought one player from Farnborough for money we can only dream of and they look a decent unit,Lowestoft will be tough even with a full team lol(stay in your beds lads!) and as lot i see will depend on when we can get Holloway back as last year he ruined oppositions midfields on his own(still moans a bit though!) i know i will always be accused of "sticking up for steve" but granted it small but have my own brain and i see this season being harder than the Blue square campaign.
