That's more like it! Hastings 1 Lewes 3 well done! Yes *johngreet* , Kieran MURTAGH was master-class today , with three assists , and was awarded MOM. He helped Kalvin to (2) & Archie to our third.

So, it seems you don't need centre forwards to win matches? Two tough ones coming up but keeps us just about hanging in there. Wish I'd gone now! Well done all involved.

This game took me back years. An old fashioned derby game on a saturated pitch that looked only just about playable judging by the way the ball ran. Big crowd, committed players, yellow cards all over the place, a red for Dixon, a vociferous home support who quickly took a dislike to the ref, a sizeable and vocal Lewes following who unfortunately attracted the attention of an irate home supporter.
Great stuff. And a deserved win.
Well done lads!!!

Impressive. Some league two clubs would be pleased with that. Only there for the Lewes.

A great result today good to put one over Hastings and the same old mouthy Dixon, I thought Lewes controlled the throughout and didn’t look like getting beat even when they had the penalty let’s hope they can win on Tuesday and then beat Horsham next Saturday to finish off two Sussex Derby wins.

2,712 according to the Isthmian website. And 2,875 at Dulwich as well. Better than both Harrogate and Forest Green in League 2, and better than all the National League bar Chesterfield and Oldham.

I love it! Club 'accused' of falsely inflating attendance figure. Surely not? Whatever next?

Excellent report as usual. It is a shame to hear about the trouble at the end which I didn't see but leaves a sour taste after an otherwise excellent away day.
The way Hastings completely lost the plot was hilarious to watch, especially Jack Dixon's temper tantrum.
