Lift to home games please?

I've been a supporter of the fabulous Rooks for many years attending nearly all home games but earlier this month it became necessary for me to use a wheelchair to get around (I was in the disabled area for the Met Police game on Saturday). I've had to get rid of the car and am now stranded in Hailsham, probably for several months, and can't get to most home games for the foreseeable future. Am desperate to continue supporting the Rooks so was wondering if there is any possibility of some kind soul swinging past my place to take me and my chair to and fro some home games? Am more than happy to share petrol costs.
