I have had my membership fee taken from my account this month, will the club be contacting those members, who renew by paying by cheque and deal with all membership issues by post?

Thanks Nhorn, its for my father Dave Rawles who is 87, and has always paid by cheque for his membership. He would appreciate it if someone could drop him a renewal form or something asking for his cheque for the 2013/4 season.

last year they sent out the badge and card at the start of the season but thanks for your reply

Winsome-losesome - there are no plans to send out advance renewal letters by post - each month, as renewals come-up, we'll keep an eye on how its going, and we'll get in touch (by e-mail if possible) with those who have 'forgotten' - so in your Dad's case, looks like he's due in mid-November, we can contact you by e-mail, as we have your e-mail on file. If that's OK.
Fred - cards run for a year from your renewal date - only two Freds I can see in the file, which are up for renewal in December and March - so if one of these is you, then you'll get your new card then.
In general - once I get on top of the Ownership and Support/Save stuff - I'll tidy-up the info on the main website - and post a link here - but bear with me - been away a bit of late - and going to be otherwise engaged for the next two weeks.

Thank you for your reply Nhorm, I am bit surprised as I though my Dad and me enrolled at the same time which is why I asked my question in the first place. However, if its mid November then fair enough and yes I am quite happy for you to contact me when his renewal is due.

File has you paying by SO in July. And Dad paying in November last year. It could be that you both joined in July the first year, and then there was a delay asking Dad for payment last year? If he's happy to send a cheque now then we'll gladly process that and send off the new card/badge.
