Heedorum hodorum. Have to confess I gave up radio commentary at 1am - I won't be allowed back home - luckily, he had more stamina and bottle than me.

Baronsdown - you've been neglecting your Ryman Predictions. Or are you just so confident after your Euro success that you think you can skip a few weeks and still win?

So will Andy Murray be the BBC Sports Personality Of The Year? First British Grand Slam winner since 1936. Wimbledon finalist and Gold medal winner. Quite an impressive year! Any other year he would be a clear favourite. This year is different, though, as there have been some spectacular successes.
Bradley Wiggins? First ever British winner of Le Tour.
Jess Ennis? Another gold and a very popular girl.
Ben Ainslee? Yet another gold.
Mo Farah? Double gold this time around.
Greg Rutherford? Surprise gold medallist
Kathleen Grainger? Gold after many many silvers in previous olympics.
Sir Chis Hoy? More golds......
It could be anyone of them and probably some others I've forgotten.
My vote would go to Chamal Fenelon Wiggo. ;D

Bradley Wiggins also became our best olympian in terms of medals won!!! And there would be alot of worthy winners but my vote would really have to be Murray as he did it alone, as for example Wiggins had the best team behind him in both Le Tour and Olympics and Murray is an individual sportsman, however he has no personality so how could he win it??? Based on that Ennis cos she had so much pressure on her as the golden girl of the olympics. Go Ennis!! Team GB for team award!!!
