Just a few weeks ago we comfortably outplayed the Hamlet at their place in the FA Trophy. They didn't play much better today, but they didn't have to. It's a long time since the Rooks were as physically dominated as this. The visitors scored from two of their three chances, the first on 15 minutes, the second shortly before the final whistle after a breakaway (they thumped the post on the other occasion), whereas the best we could offer was a looping header onto the bar by Chris Whelpdale in the first half. We had energy enough, but we were disjointed throughout and never looked liked scoring. We seem to be sinking, so let's hope Tony works out why before we run into danger. A crowd of above 1100 watched a truly forgettable game.

Time for changes to be made?

No lack of effort, but a real lack of physicality in most 1:1 situations.
I may have mentioned before that we lack somebody who can seize the moment, either with a touch of magic or with some real drive to get the crowd going and inspire others.
Disappointing result and although things can change, that promotion push that all the new director candidates said was essential during the hustings, seems to be drifting away.

Seem to have lost our way. Plenty of endeavour but barely laid a glove on them. I counted two shots in the second half, one of which was a miskick.
A few thoughts:
* Whelpdale and Pritchard can't play in the same team. Too similar. Pritchard is my preferred option; * How can we expect to challenge with only one (limited) striker in the entire squad? *If Murtagh can't get on when we are chasing the game at home what is the point of him still being at the club? *Can someone give Deon Moore a kick up the arse. Bags of talent but delivering nothing at the moment. Playing with wingers is all well and good but if they create nothing we will struggle. Lumombo-Kalala was equally ineffective.
Struggling to find any positives but the new left back is decent. Good away support today, even if it did have the feel of a student rag week, or some sort of reality show.

Poor throughout the team today. I'm afraid Tommy Wood is not good enough for this level.

Feel sorry for our fans going to Belgium if we play like this.

Another very poor display today we look absolutely toothless can’t find any positives to mention, only that we’re closer to the relegation zone than play offs even with games in hands we still don’t make a playoff position. Somebody needs to find a solution soon otherwise it’s going to be a very poor end to the season.

Poor throughout the team today. I'm afraid Tommy Wood is not good enough for this level. How about playing him in a 2 up front? OK he's never going to set the world alight but at least he holds the ball up. Bit of a thankless task playing the lone striker when you get that sort of service. Imo the problems are in the midfield.

We were poor today, plenty of possession but no real bite. I don't understand the moaning about Wood, who else would you suggest we get for the money we can offer? He's constantly improving and due to his ability to bring other players into play we're scoring more goals as a team compared to this time last season. We've lost Joe and he isn't coming back, move on and support a player who is giving his all and could be the new JT.
The greater issue for me is our overall form, which as dipped in recent weeks with too many players cantering through games. Today we played a big and physical team but too many passes were misplaced and we failed to adapt to the way they played. Overall, we were ineffectual on the wings and were far too slow to pass it out of the back, which meant for an easy day for DH's keeper. As Everyotherweek says, we need someone with drive to really make an impression on games.

Good away support today, even if it did have the feel of a student rag week, or some sort of reality show. Oh the irony! Don't you realise that's how the rest of the league sees your whole club and town? At least Hamlet supporters today weren't trying to look hard by shouting and swearing at the locals, like the handful of immature juveniles from Lewes who turned up at Dulwich for the Trophy game 6 weeks ago.

Best team won by far 2-0 was a fair result and Dulwich wanted it more simple as that. No leadership No invention No passion No plan B
Absolutely awful
I fancy we’ll be better come Tuesday !
