The Supporter's Club would like to respectfully point out that yesterday's raffle prizes (all gratefully claimed) were; A selection pack of Harvey's Ales A collection of white, dark and milk chocolates A bottle of Prosecco An original 1966-replica England football shirt Please advise which Jumble Sales you attend, tressell. And those England replica shirts are very rare and valuable. Nhorm treasures his. The club can't be expected to produce a loss-making programme. We'll get used to it. I hope Tressell will invest his £2 in the raffle or the golden goal, the 12th Man/Woman/Player fund, or just put it across the bar!

I'm afraid that I'm another dinosaur; I always enjoyed the hard copy programmes and I missed having one yesterday. I too liked the match stats grid in the printed version; can this be incorporated into the digital programme please.

Sorry, looks like I offended re jumble sale.I actually regularly get raffle tickets but its a running joke with my mate that we do not wish to win anything. Quite frankly the Harveys and the Prosecco would get given back. I know Harvey's is an obsession at the club, but just not a beer drinker and the whole point of raffles is to make dosh and give crap prizes. No different to any other club. I am just a codger railing at the new world and a digital programme to me is pointless but obviously not for the 700.

Don't mean to patronise Tressell or anyone else but if there are fans out there who might appreciate someone showing them how to access the progcast, they could always come to the portakabin say 15 or 20 mins before the game and we could show them.
Of course, having free WiFi at the Pan would really help!

That's Ok I am sure can access it just a habit of having prog in my hand and skimming through it pre and half time .Am not a phone starer and its also a shame because had a letter in Non league paper last year praising it. The journalism is way above non league level. All the best but not for me.

And those England replica shirts are very rare and valuable. Nhorm treasures his. I've got two of the bl00dy things. Programmes now - free - up to date as of matchday morning - available to anyone (not just those at the match) - and I guess will be 'fresh' editions at re-arranged matches, whereas in the past we've just re-issued the old one with an insert. Not to mention saving the Club money, and volunteer's time. Tricky for the purists, or the less tech savvy (including yours truly, who's a bit app-less with mobile phone stuff). But even those of us in that boat will soon get over it.

Technically Pellsfan is correct in that we are on the final batch of England shirts. But there just happens to be 90 in the batch! So even though we also include a shirt in the raffles held at the Women's games they'll still be around for several seasons yet! We were actually offered 900 - yes 900 - and toyed with the idea that they would make a great insulating covering for the pitch when frost threatens to freeze it. But where do you store 900 shirts? On the digital programme front, I miss a proper printed jobbie but that's because my working life was magazines and when I started out in 1968 hot metal was still the favoured print process. I learnt to read type upside down. The type that is, not me - I was too young to drink way back then. Anyway now I've got to get a new phone so I can see the new programme. My Barbara wasn't too happy at the demise of the printed programme either but once someone showed her how to pick it up on her (much better than mine) mobile she was mightily impressed and now approves of the change and associated savings in production costs.
